NABARD Bank Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification for NABARD Bank: (As on
06.04.2025)
|
1. CISO –
Mandatory : B.E/M.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in the field of Computer
Science and Engineering/IT/Cyber Security/Electronics and Communications
Engineering or BCA/MCA(Bachelors/Masters of Computer Applications) or
B.Sc/M.sc (Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science/IT/Cyber Security/Electronics
and Communications) from a university/institution/Board recognized
Experience:
Essential: Minimum 10 years and at least 5 years experience at
senior leadership level (i.e. CISO or Deputy CISO) in Information Security
/Information Technology experience in BFSI Sector
Desirable Qualities: 1. An in-depth understanding of information
systems and cyber security policy and practice; knowledgeable about the
dangers, vulnerabilities, and current (and future) levels of IT security that
could affect the Bank’s financial and digital assets; 2. Effectively
communicate complex IT/IS/Cyber security to external / internal stakeholders
and colleagues with varying levels of technical understanding; 3.Academic
background with exposure to attending conferences, seminars, and research
papers on behalf of the company; 4. Strong leadership skills and be able to
offer Cyber Security training programs.

2. Climate Change Specialist-Mitigation –
Mandatory : Master’s Degree in Renewable Energy, Energy
Engineering, Climate Science, Sustainable Development from a recognized
university or institution. Additional certifications or training in renewable
energy, carbon management, or related domains will be an added
advantage E
xperience Essential : At least 12 years of professional
experience with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in handling mid to
large sized climate change mitigation related projects.
Desirable : 1. Demonstrated experience in managing externally
aided projects, including grant management, project implementation, and
monitoring. 2. demonstrated proficiency in the design, planning, and
execution of renewable energy projects. 3. experience collaborating on
renewable energy or other climate change mitigation projects with
governmental bodies, international development organizations, or financial
institutions. 4. practical knowledge of creating project ideas, obtaining
funds, and communicating with funding organizations. 5. Knowledge and
practical exposure to international frameworks and mechanisms like the Green
Climate Fund (GCF), Adaptation Fund (AF), or similar. 6. Familiarity with
energy audits, carbon footprint assessments, and developing mitigation plans
for reducing greenhouse gas emissions

3. Climate Change Specialist-Adaptation –
Mandatory : Master’s Degree in Climate Resilient Agriculture,
Water Resource Management, Environmental Science, Agricultural Engineering,
Hydrology, Natural Resource Management from a recognized university or
institution. It will be advantageous to have further certificates or training
in project management, climate change, or similar fields.
Experience Essential: At least 12 years of professional
experience with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in handling mid to
large sized climate change adaptation projects, with a focus on building
resilience to climate variability and change.
Desirable : 1. Demonstrated experience in managing externally
aided projects, including grant management, project implementation, and
monitoring. 2.demonstrated experience collaborating on climate change
adaptation projects with governmental bodies, international development
organizations, or financial institutions. 3. Hands-on experience in preparing
project proposals, securing funding, and reporting to funding agencies. 4.
Understanding and hands-on experience with global frameworks and processes
such as the Adaptation Fund (AF), Green Climate Fund (GCF), or comparable. 5.
Familiarity with conducting climate risk assessments, preparing adaptation
strategies, and promoting sustainable practices in vulnerable sectors.

4. Content Writer –
Mandatory : Bachelor’s degree (in any discipline)
Preferred : Bachelor’s degree in English Literature or
Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree/ PG Diploma in Mass Communication/ Journalism/
PR.
Experience Essential: Not less than 3 years of working experience
as Content Writer with any reputed organisation.

Mandatory : Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree/ Master’s degree in
Applied Art, Graphic Designing, Multimedia and Animation.
