TMB Bank Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification for TMB Bank Specialist Officer (IT): 

1. IT Infrastructure Executive –  Educational Qualification: B.E / B. Tech in (CS/IT) / MCA or equivalent degree from a reputed University. Experience: At least 12 years of experience maintaining servers, databases, and networks, with 5–7 years of leadership experience.

2. IT Technical Executive –  Educational Qualification: B.E / B. Tech in (CS/IT) / MCA or equivalent degree from a reputed University. Experience: 12 years of software development experience, including at least 5–7 years of team leadership experience.

3. Software Developer M2 – Educational Qualification: B.E / B. Tech in (CS/IT) / MCA or equivalent degree from a reputed University. Experience: Minimum 8 years of working experience in Banking/FinTech Industry having exposure to Software Development & knowledge in emerging trends in Digital Product Eco System.

4. Software Developer M1 – Educational Qualification: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. Experience: Possessing three years of experience as a data scientist in a bank or other financial organization.

5. System/Server Administrator – Educational Qualification: B.E / B. Tech in (CS/IT) / MCA or equivalent degree from a reputed University. Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience in Server infrastructure Maintenance.

6. CBS Support Engineers – Educational Qualification: B.E / B. Tech in (CS/IT) / MCA or equivalent degree from a reputed University. Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience in  Finacle CBS Software Development / Customization/Testing/Maintenance.

7. Data Scientist – Educational Qualification: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. Experience: Possessing three years of experience as a data scientist in a bank or other financial organization.

8. Statistician – Educational Qualification: A Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a similar discipline .Experience: Having 3 years of work experience in a Bank / any financial institution as Statistician

9. Data Analyst – Educational Qualification: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. Experience: Possessing three years of experience as a data scientist in a bank or other financial organization.

10. Business Analyst – Educational Qualification: Under Graduate or Postgraduate in Computer Science, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Experience: Domain knowledge of 3 years work experience in a Bank / any financial institution as Business Analyst in the respective field.
