* Conceptualize, plan, implement and monitor the annual HRD plans to ensure strategic and operational achievement.

* Academy session development and management.

* Facilitate focus group discussions with stakeholders to identify the training needs.

* Design and deliver training to bridge the performance gaps.

* Devise systems to produce results on PQDCMS

* Data management, analysis and reporting

* Network with participants to popularize the training programs
