for Inviting Applications: Notifications will be posted on the notice board and
public announcements will be made by the Gram Panchayat - 12/06/2024 to
14/06/2024.
➢ Submission
of Application Forms: Applications can be submitted to the office of the Zilla
Panchayat Raj Officer, the विकास खण्ड (vikas
khand block) office, and the Gram Panchayat office - 15/06/204 to 30/06/2024.
➢ Preparation
of Merit List: The merit list of applications received will be prepared by the
Gram Panchayat and presented for consideration before the Administrative
Committee of the Gram Panchayat. The approved merit list will be made available
to the member secretary (Zilla Panchayat Raj Officer) of the district-level
committee for further consideration - 07/07/2024 to 14/07/2024.
➢ Scrutiny
and Recommendation: The committee, chaired by the District Magistrate, will
scrutinize and make recommendations - 15/07/2024 to 21/07/2024.
➢ Issuance of
Appointment Letters: Appointment letters will be issued by the Gram Panchayat - 22/07/2024
to 24/07/2024.
