Job Specification: Core Technical area of Defence Manufacturing.

candidates.

Qualification:
(1) Essential: Matriculation +
NAC / NTC issued by NCTVT (now NCVT) in AOCP Trade, having completed the course
from government/ private organisation having affiliation from government, and
those from Government ITI.
(2) Desirable: Possessing Ordnance Factories training or experience in
manufacturing and handling military explosives and ammunitions.
Cordite Factory Aruvankadu AOCP Selection
Process:
The selection of candidates will
be based on the marks scored in the NCTVT exam and the Trade Test/Practical
Test, ranked in order of merit. The Cordite Factory will determine the cut-off percentage for
calling candidates for the Trade Test based on the total marks secured in the
NCTVT exam.
- A merit list will be prepared based on the combined marks from the
NCTVT exam and the Trade Test/Practical Test.
- The weighting of marks will be 80% for the NCTVT exam and 20% for
the Trade Test/Practical Test.
