Supervisor Salary:
The monthly compensation for a
BC supervisor will consist of a combination of fixed and variable elements. The
variable portion will be determined by the performance score of each BC Agent,
which is calculated based on a range of criteria.

Supervisor Eligibility Criteria:
For Retired Bank Employees:
- Retired officers (including voluntarily retired) of any bank
(PSU/RRB/Private Banks/Cooperative Banks) up to the rank of Senior Manager
or equivalent may be appointed for the purpose.
- Retired clerks and equivalents of Central Bank of India who have
passed JAIIB with a good track record are eligible.
- All applicants should have at least 3 years of rural banking
experience.
- The maximum entry age for retired bank employees is up to 64 years.
- The maximum age for continuation of BC supervisors will be 65
years.
For Young Candidates:
- Minimum qualification for young candidates should be graduation
with computer knowledge ( MS Office, email, internet, etc.).
However, qualifications like M. Sc. (IT), BE (IT), MCA, or MBA will be
given preference.
- Young candidates should be in the age group of 21-45 years at the
time of appointment.
- The maximum age for continuation of BC supervisors among young
candidates will be 60 years.

Supervisor Selection Process:
- The Central Bank of India BC Supervisor selection will be held
through Interview.
