✅ Age Limit (As on 31/03/2024):
Company Secretary: Minimum 40
years and Maximum 50 years
Chief Risk Officer: Minimum 45 years and Maximum 55 years
✅ Monthly Salary / Remuneration:
Company Secretary: As applicable
to Scale V officer (under new pay structure).
Chief Risk Officer: As applicable to Scale VII officer (under new pay
structure).
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
Company Secretary:
(1) UG/ PG in regular stream and
Qualified ACS.
(2) Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
(2) Minimum 07 years work experience.
Chief Risk Officer:
(1) Holder of Chartered
Financial Analyst charter awarded by CFA Institute (OR) Designated as Chartered
Accountant by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or equivalent
abroad (OR) Designated as Cost and Management Accountant by the Institute of
Cost Accountants of India, or equivalent abroad.
(2) Minimum 05 years relevant experience.
