Online applications for a selection test starting on 22.03.2025 are being accepted by the Indian Air Force from unmarried Indian male and female applicants to join the Indian Air Force as an Agniveervayu Intake 01/2026

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: 

Passing an Intermediate/ 10+2/12th equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics, and English from recognized education boards is necessary for applicants by Central, State and UT with minimum Fifty Percentage marks in aggregate and Fifty Percentage marks in English. OR Passed Three years (Full Time) Diploma Course in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronics/ Automobile/Mechanical/  Computer Science/ Instrumentation Technology / IT) from Central, State and UT recognized Polytechnic institute with Fifty Percentage marks in aggregate and Fifty Percentage marks in English in Diploma Course (or If English is not included in the vocational course in 10th/12th).  OR  Completed two years of vocational training that included non-vocational courses. viz. Physics and Mathematics from Education Boards recognized by central, State and UT with Fifty Percentage marks in aggregate and Fifty Percentage marks in English in Vocational Course (or If English is not included in the vocational course in 10th/12th).  (b) Other than Science Subjects. Passed Intermediate / 10+2 / Equivalent Examination in any stream/subjects from Education Boards recognized by Central, State and UT with minimum Fifty Percentage marks in aggregate and Fifty Percentage marks in English.  OR  Passed two years Vocational Course from Education Boards recognized by Central, State and Union Territory with minimum Fifty Percentage marks in aggregate and Fifty Percentage in English in Vocational Course (or If English is not included in the vocational course in 10th/12th).

Age Limit: 

Applicants born between 01 January 2005 and 01 July 2008 (both dates inclusive) are eligible to apply.

2. Phase – III: Medical Examination
