Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: (As on 01.10.2024)

1. JAM Grade ‘O’ – Generalist – Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline Computer Literacy: Applicants are expected to have proficiency in IT/ computers related aspects.

2. JAM Grade ‘O’ – Specialist – AAO  – Educational Qualification: 4 years degree ( B.Sc/B Tech/B.E) in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agriculture engineering, Fishery Science/Engineering, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary science, Forestry, Dairy Science/Technology, Food Science/technology, Pisciculture, Agro Forestry, Sericulture from a University recognized/ approved by the Government / Govt. Bodies viz., AICTE, UGC. Computer Literacy: Applicants are expected to have proficiency in IT/ computers related aspects.

Minimum passing percentage (JAM-Generalist and AAO): Minimum 60% for General, EWS and OBC candidates (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates) or equivalent CGPA/OGPA

Age Limit: (As on 01.10.2024)

1. JAM Grade ‘O’ – Generalist – Minimum: 20 years ; Maximum: 25 years

2. JAM Grade ‘O’ – Specialist – AAO  – Minimum: 20 years ; Maximum: 25 years

Relaxation of Upper age limit:

For SC/ ST Candidates: 5 years

For OBC Candidates: 3 years

For PwBD (Gen/ EWS) Candidates: 10 years

For PwBD (SC/ ST) Candidates: 15 years

For PwBD (OBC) Candidates: 13 years
