Management Trainee Salary:
The SAIL Management Trainees
(Technical) post basic pay scale is ₹ 50,000/- per month, in the Pay
Scale of ₹ 50000 - 1,60000/-. After successful completion of training,
the MT (Technical) candidates will be posted as Assistant Manager in E1 Grade
of ₹ 60000 - 1,80,000/-

Management Trainee Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limit: The SAIL Management Trainee (MTT) Upper age limit
as:-
✔️ General - 28 years as on 25th July 2024 ((i.e.,
not born earlier than 25.07.1996)
✔️ OBC (NCL) - 31 years
✔️ SC / ST - 33 years
✔️ PwBD - Additional 10 years Relaxation
✔️ Departmental Candidates - 45 years.
Educational Qualifications:
✔️ Engineering Graduate (B.E.) with 65% marks
(average of all semesters) in relevant engineering discipline of Chemical,
Civil, Computer, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical,
Metallurgy.

✔️ ₹ 700/- for UR/ EWS/ OBC category candidates.
✔️ ₹ 200/- for SC/ST/PWD/Ex-Servicemen candidates.

Debit card/ credit card/ net banking etc.

to Apply SAIL Management Trainee Recruitment 2023?
➢ Eligible Interested candidates would be required
to apply online only through SAIL Careers Page (sail.ucanapply.com).
➢ the candidates should enter basic details include
Valid email id and Mobile Number etc.
➢ The candidates should upload scanned copy of
latest passport size photograph, signature in digital format.
➢ After applying online, the candidates are required
to download the system generated Registration Slip / Application Form with
unique Registration ID / Number.
➢ The closing date for online registration is 25/07/2024.
